The UWEC Symphony Band, Dr. Phillip Ostrander, and the UWEC Wind Symphony, Dr. John R. Stewart, perform their 3rd concert of the academic year. This is the preview concert for the Symphony Band before their annual Wisconsin and Minnesota tour, and before the Wind Symphony travels to New York to perofrm in the world renowned Carnegie Hall as part of the New York Wind Band Festival.
